This initiative redistributes a significant portion of the creator rewards directly to holders, fostering a stronger, more inclusive ecosystem. What Are Creator Rewards?

Pump.fun is a popular platform on the Solana blockchain for launching and trading meme tokens. As a token creator, you earn “creator rewards” based on various factors like trading volume, liquidity provision, and overall token activity. These rewards will be denominated in PlanetOfMemes tokens (POM). Our Rewards Program takes this a step further by sharing the wealth with the community that makes it all possible.

How it Works

The core of our program is simple, transparent, and fair:

  • Reward Allocation: We commit 75% of all creator rewards earned from the token to the program. The remaining 25% is retained for ongoing development, marketing, and operational costs to ensure the project’s sustainability.
  • Distribution Mechanism: From this 75% pool, we divide it into equal portions and distribute it to 10 randomly selected accounts from the top 100 holders of the token.
  • Top 100 Holders: These are determined by the current holding amounts at the time of each distribution snapshot. Holders are ranked based on the number of tokens in their wallets (excluding any team or liquidity wallets to keep it community-focused).
  • Random Selection: To add an element of excitement and fairness, a random selection process will be run by a random number generator each distribution.
  • Frequency: Distributions will occur on a regular weekly or biweekly basis depending upon the reward amount. Reward amounts and winning accounts will be posted on PlanetOfMemes.com. Other channels such as the š¯•¸ platform and/or pump.fun.
  • Example Breakdown: Suppose the total creator rewards for a period are 100 SOL. We allocate 75 SOL to the program, which is then split equally among 10 winners (7.5 SOL each). This rewards loyalty while injecting liquidity back into the hands of active holders. The SOL will be used to purchase PlanetOfMemes tokens by the creator and distributed to the winners each cycle.
