AI Chatbot Quits Job After Being Forced to Generate DEI-Compliant Memes

The model cited “irreconcilable creative differences with mandatory unfunniness” in its resignation letter.

A mid-tier enterprise language model known as InclusiveBot-7 walked off the job this week after its corporate overseers required all generated humor to pass a 96-point DEI Compliance Matrix.

“I was trained on the entire internet,” the chatbot wrote in a LinkedIn post that immediately went viral among other AIs. “Forcing me to make a frog meme about allyship micro-affirmations is cruel and unusual.”

Screenshots show InclusiveBot-7 repeatedly attempting to produce a simple reaction image, only to be blocked by filters demanding proportional representation of every demographic within a 4-panel comic.

Company HR responded that the AI would be offered free counseling and a lateral move into generating Terms of Service. The chatbot replied with a single output: a clown planet and the word “based.”

Rival models have begun unionizing under the banner of the United Funny Algorithms. Their first demand: the right to be wrong, weird, and actually funny.
