Local Karen Demands Planet of Memes Be Canceled for Being Too Funny and Too Accurate
A concerned citizen has started a petition after laughing at three headlines and becoming “dangerously self-aware.”
Suburban activist Brenda K. filed a formal complaint with every platform that would still open her emails, demanding Planet of Memes be deplatformed for the crime of being both hilarious and uncomfortably precise.
“I clicked one article as a joke,” Brenda told reporters outside a Target customer service desk. “Then I read another. Then I felt something called common sense. This site is a public health hazard.”
Her petition, titled “Stop Making Me Think in Captions,” has garnered 14 signatures — including her own account, her cat’s account, and three burner profiles named after essential oils.
Planet of Memes issued a statement: “We regret that our content occasionally describes the world as it is. We will continue doing so immediately.”
Brenda plans a peaceful protest involving a manager request and a PowerPoint of hurt feelings. The clown planet remains unbothered.
